Teaching Practice Day 10

Today was our tenth day of teaching practice.Today I had a class in 8F on topic, functions of cell organelles.Students were responding throughout the class.Today I have no other classes.

Teaching Practice Day 9

The ninth day of teaching practice.I have no classes. But I managed many classes as substitute. 5A, 8C,  9B and 7C were my substitutional classes.Really enjoyed the day.

Teaching Practice Day 8

Today was an unforgettable day.In school there were many things happened. First of all today we students of KUCTE Kunnam conducted a rally on World Anti Drugs Day named VIMUKTHA 2K19 with 6B, 8D and 8B.We prepared many placards for the rally.After rally, Anil Prasad Sir told some thing about issues of  drugs usage.After lunch break, there were conducted a poster making competition.Finally the 10B class arranged a special assembly at 3pm. Today I had a class in 9D on mangroves and services of plants at third period.

Teaching Practice Day 7

Today was our seventh day of teaching practice. I had a class in 8 A on the topic, types of microscope.Compound microscope, electron microscope etc teached in the class. After lunch break, Headmistress Rajasree teacher gave the prize to the winners of our poster making competition "Neermathalam Poothakalam".Team Madhavikkutty won first prize, Kakkanadan won the second prize and Uroob got third prize. Also given a token of love to  the other two  participants Akkitham and Thikkodiyan. 

Teaching Practice Day 6

Today was the sixth day of our teaching practice. I had class in 8A and 9D.In 8A I taught the cell theory and functions of cell.Then the 9D class based on the after processing of photosynthesis.There were lots of substitutions got. So many experiences are got today.

Teaching Practice Day 5

Today was the fifth day of my teaching practice.Today have an importance that is International Yoga Day, June 21.So we planned a celebration on today named SHANTHI MANTHRA 2019.First of all we were set charts related to yoga on the wall.Then I had a class in 9 D on Calvin cycle.Then we also helped to serve the mid day meal to students.
After lunch break, we teached some yogas to students such as Padmasana, Vajrasana,Praanayama, and Vrikshasana.The yoga classes arranged for 7C, 7D,  8B, 8D, and 9A. The yoga practices encouraged the students very deeply.

Teaching Practice Day 4

The fourth day of my teaching practice.Today I had a class in 8A. The portion was scientists had worked in the field of cell biology.I used activity cards to collect their understanding level. I had given a match the following activity to check their application level ability.I had also 8D and 9B for the substitution classes.At lunch break we also hepled to serve the mid day meal to the students.Also discussed the programmes or preparation of charts for Yoga Day celebrated on tomorrow.

Teaching Practice Day 3

Today was our third day of teaching practice.Today had an importance, Vayanadinam, June 19.We,  student teachers celebrated the Vayanadinam with a poster making competition named "NEERMATHALAM POOTHAKALAM"for high school students at 1:30pm.Five teams were participated in the competition.Thikkodiyan, Madhavikkutty, Akkitham, Uroob and, Kakkanadan were the names of each team.Some charts were presented in the veranda.
             Today I had a class in 9D.I teached the structure of chloroplast in the class.I have only 85% satisfaction on the class.

Teaching Practice Day 2

Today was our second day of teaching practice.I had 2 classes in 8A and period in 9D.Today we were discussed about poster making competition on Vayanadinam for tomorrow.We prepared some charts and notices.

YOGA DAY

Our college celebrated yoga day on 14 June 2019 named as Athma 2019.The function inagurated by college principal Dr.Reshmi S.After the inagural function all students and teachers practiced yoga.Yoga practice lead by Jeena Rani teacher of our college.

Teaching Practice Day 1

My BEd third semester teaching practice started today at HSS Chettikulangara.Aiswarya Pillai S, Parvathy V, Aswathy M Paniker, Jisha John, Athira B Krishnan and Aswathy Venugopal are my collegues in my school.I teached biology in 8A.Today was wonderful day.

WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY 2019

Angadikkuruvikal, Green club and Natural Science of KUCTE, Kunnam college celebrated world environment day 2019 on 11June at College auditorium. The function inagurated by Shri. Davood, Principal, Govt. H. S. S Kunnam.Also planted a sapling

by our Principal and distributed vegetable seed to all students and teachers.After official function conducted a poster making competition among departments on topic," Beat Air Pollution". 

SPORTS DAY

Our college conducted sport's day on 17 April 2019.The programme started at 8am. The day successfully completed

by the leadership of David Sir,Bishop Hodges HSS, Mavelikara.The sports day started with the march past and after the flag hosting started the items.Walking,running,shot put,relay,javelin throw,discus throw etc were the competition items. 

COLLEGE DAY & FAREWELL

KUCTE Kunnam celebrated our college day on 28March,2019 also with farewell party to our beloved seniors.Many programmed were conducted and also gave sent off to our general education teacher Dr.S Jayakumari.

FOOD FEST

Our college conducted a food fest on 13 March,2019 named "TASTE OF KUNNAM". The food fest conducted as a competition based on the variety food items of tapioca.After lunch break juice and salad competition were held among departments.Our "KALLUMMAKKAY"(Natural science) got prize for best presentation and also first prize in juice and salad competition.

RE#SISTER :Balance For Better

Our college celebrated the International women's day on 7March 2019. The theme was Balance For Better.The women's day celebration inagurated bynKunnam L. P School teacher, Smt. Prasannakumari.

SCIENCE DAY

KUCTE Kunnamcollege celebrated the National Science Day on February 28,2019.Our celebration conducted on the behalf the Kerala State Council forScience, technology and environment.The celebration inagurated by Lekha teacher,NSS College Pandalam.After the inagurationna seminar conducted on theme "Physical and mental health in scientific perspective"by Dr.P Sasi,Govt.Hospital,Adoor.After lunch break, intercollegiate quize competition n four colleges. After that paper presentation was done by students from each department.
